Assistance project management (construction site secretariat) (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS:

• You will support the project management and work together to ensure that the project runs smoothly.
• You will be responsible for administrative tasks, correspondence relevant to the construction site and coordinating project deadlines.
• You will ensure the completeness and distribution of relevant documents and records in the project.
• You will take minutes of construction meetings and keep track of deadlines to ensure first-class project management.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• First relevant professional experience, ideally in the construction industry or in a project environment
• Forward-looking, solution-oriented and responsible way of working
• Friendly, engaging demeanor with strong team and communication skills
• Sound knowledge of MS Office
• Good written and spoken English skills desirablee
