As an experienced controller from the construction industry, you are looking for a new challenge and would like to work independently and analytically on a wide variety of tasks in Headquarters Controlling. YOUR PROFILE:

• Degree in civil engineering required, alternatively you have commercial training with relevant expertise in the construction industry
• Professional experience in the construction industry and project controlling
• Very good knowledge of iTWO is essential
• Good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel required
• Good knowledge of German and English

YOUR TASKS:

• Construction site reporting in accordance with company regulations
• Control and consolidation of project status reports by collecting and analyzing data as well as preparing and coordinating them with management
• Support and internal coordination of performance reports / service specifications for the respective construction site
• Support and control of regular work calculation maintenance in coordination with the project manager and project manager
• Creating and monitoring regular target/actual comparisons: Costs and services incl. variance analyses in coordination with the project manager and project manager
• Support and control of opportunity/risk management in coordination with the project manager and project manager
• Support with CASH flow planning in coordination with the project manager
• Support with monthly closing activities in coordination with the project manager, e.g. project reporting, determination of accruals, etc.
• Organization and implementation of monthly project meetings in coordination with the project manager and project manager
• Supporting the billing for partial and final invoices
• Compiling billing documents for supplementary costing
• Preparation of special evaluations for the management
• Carrying out ad hoc analyses and evaluations
• iTWO support as key user/administrator incl. employee training
