We are looking for an experienced Project Controller (m/f/d) from the construction industry to take over the controlling of our construction projects independently and analytically. You work carefully and reliably and have strong teamwork and communication skills. A willingness to travel to a limited extent is a prerequisite. YOUR PROFIL:

• Degree in civil engineering required, alternatively you have commercial training with relevant expertise in the construction industry
• Professional experience in the construction industry and project controlling
• Good knowledge of iTWO is essential
• Good MS Office skills, especially MS Excel required
• Good knowledge of German and English

YOUR TASKS:

• Construction site reporting in accordance with company regulations
• Independent preparation of project status reports by collecting, analyzing and preparing data
• Support and internal coordination of performance reports / service specifications for the respective construction site
• Support and control of regular work calculation maintenance in coordination with the project manager and project manager
• Support and control of opportunity/risk management in coordination with the project manager and project manager
• Creating regular target/actual comparisons: Costs and performance incl. variance analyses in coordination with the project manager and project manager
• Support with CASH flow planning in coordination with the project manager
• Support with month-end closing work in coordination with the project manager, e.g. project reporting, determination of accruals, etc.
• Organization and implementation of monthly project meetings in coordination with the project manager and project manager
• Supporting the billing for progress and final invoices
• Compiling billing documents for supplementary costing
• Carrying out ad hoc analyses and evaluations
