Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

You have extensive experience in structural engineering in Germany and in this role you will be responsible for the target- and success-oriented handling of various nationwide construction projects on site. You will represent the company on site to the customer.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering with a specialization in construction engineering or a comparable degree with relevant professional experience in the
• Ideally several years of experience in the fields of costing, VOB, BGB, FIDIC, execution planning, contracting and construction work
• Very good communication and teamwork skills, assertiveness and enjoy working independently
• Good knowledge of iTWO, MS Project, MS Office
• German at native speaker level, business fluent in English

YOUR TASKS:

• Leading industrial construction projects from costing, tender preparation and negotiation to execution on site
• Responsible for project performance and implementation with regard to environmental and occupational safety safety, costs, deadlines and quality
• Monitoring and participating in the initiation of project risks and development to minimize risks
• Preparing and conducting internal/external project meetings and creating and updating the project plan
• Ensuring compliance with company processes, standards and guidelines within the project disciplines (project management, commercial project managers, site managers/site management, project engineers)
• Negotiating contracts with subcontractors and managing subcontractors to achieve the project objectives
• Processing, negotiating and implementing supplements to the customer
• Leading, guiding and motivating the project team
• Reporting on the project status to the company management in accordance with company standards
