Preparation of the complete application documents
We offer you different ways to apply. Conventionally via an email to bewerbung@heitkamp-solutions.com with attachment of your CV, via our online application form or via our WhatsApp link. You are also welcome to send us your Xing or LinkedIn profile.

Receipt of application
As soon as we have received your complete application documents, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail.
After this you will need to be a little patient. We will check the applications received for suitability and give you feedback on the status of the application process as soon as possible.
Interviews
Once we have decided which applicants will be shortlisted, you will receive feedback from us.
If we want to get to know you, we will invite you to a meeting – virtually or in person. The interview is about getting to know you better as a person and learning more about your background.
After the interview
After the interview, we decide which candidate best suits to us and our requirements and give you appropriate feedback.
If we decide that you are the right candidate for us, we now move on to the final step: we make you an offer and look forward to welcoming you to our company.
